Pro Modular Performance cannot anticipate price increases which manufacturers impose throughout the year, leading to increased pricing. Due to print lead times, all retail prices are subject to change without prior notice. Product specification/appearance, availability and pricing are all subject to change without notice.

Credit Card purchases:
In order to protect our customers and Pro Modular Performance against credit card fraud, all credit card purchases are verified.

Pollution Controlled vehicles and components:
Many products listed here are dedicated racing items and are not intended for street use in emission controlled vehicles. Unless otherwise stated, these parts are not to be installed in vehicles subject to emission control regulations. Check with your state emission authorities before installation of any parts listed here which do not carry an emissions compliance. Pro Modular Performance makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, as to the emission law compliance of any of its customers’ vehicles.

Warranties:
All Products sold by Pro Modular Performance are covered by the manufacturer's own terms of warranty. Pro Modular Performance cannot be held responsible for products sold which are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Some vendors, such as Ford Motorsport Racing, do not offer any form of warranty on their products. For warranty information on specific Manufacturers contact the Manufacturer directly.

PMP Shortblock Warranty:

All PMP shortblocks are covered by a 1 year warranty against defects in workmanship, this is determined solely by PMP, (this time period starts when the engine is received by the customer)  This warranty will cover ENGINE dis-assembly/assembly. This warranty does not cover neglect, mis-use or damage caused by other part failures. The customer is responsible financially for removing the engine and shipping to and from PMP or its vendor for service or warranty consideration/repair) , because PMP does not manufacture the parts contained within these shortblocks we cannot provide a warranty for them, the individual manufacturers of these internal parts may  have warranties, because they change from time to time it is best that the customer contact these companies for  up to date information. PMP reserves the right to refuse or Void any warranty service to anyone, with or without just cause or reason!

Engine Control Unit (ECU), Fuel System and tuning:
The customer is fully responsible for all tuning issue and or there faults that cause engine or engine component failure. PMP is not liable under any circumstances for tuning or tuning problems or faults of any kind from any person or any business.  PMP recommends that all customers seek out a professional tuner with a minimum of 5 years experience and request references. Complete engine failure and catastrophic components failure can result from un-experienced personnel or faulty equipments used by such personnel. These failures can happen in a mater of milliseconds on or off a dynamometer. PMP cannot make recommendations expressed or implied for tuning so please seek a professional. Your fuel system and electronics must be adequate to meet or exceed all necessary engine performance requirements.  These requirements can be obtained by a professional tuner. OEM RPM limiters in factory ECU's are not of proper design for a forced induction application and the customer will assume all liabilities for such function used in a forced induction application. PMP recommends that you seek a professional tuner with necessary skills and experience to discuss these issues and recommendations so you can have complete success with your newly purchased engine from PMP.
